At Chesapeake Endodontic Center in Annapolis, MD, we believe it is important to treat our patients with respect and dignity while providing a warm and welcoming environment where they will receive the highest quality of endodontic care. Our goal is to have every patient leave our office knowing they received the services they needed to restore their dental health.

Appointments

The majority of our patients are referred from the patient’s general dentist but we accept all patients. Our focus is to immediately alleviate your pain and address your concerns. We understand that your time is important and we will make every effort to honor your appointment time. There are instances that require additional treatment time and know that, if it was your case, you would desire us to take the (additional) time needed to produce a quality result. Our staff will make every effort to let you know if your appointment time will be delayed. If, for some reason, you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, please call us as soon as possible so we can use that time for other patients.

Insurance Information

We work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance benefits for covered procedures. If you have any questions please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date in working with insurance companies. Please bring your dental insurance information with you to the initial appointment so that we can properly answer any of your billing questions. We can bill your insurance company for you on the day of service and handle all the paper work for you here in office, even if we are not “in network” with your carrier. We will collect your estimated co-pay at the time of service. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.

Financial Information

The Endodontists at Chesapeake Endodontic Center provide the highest quality of cutting edge care. We pledge to you that we will never discount fees to a level that would cause us to sacrifice the highest quality of care to which we are dedicated and you are entitled. Our fee for endodontic therapy is determined by the complexity of the tooth being treated and reflects the quality of care we deliver. Innovative office systems such as outsourced billing and specially trained, multi-tasked staffing enable us to maintain our fees at a level approximating what most dental insurance plans allow.

We have many convenient options for you to pay for your care. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. In addition, we can arrange for interest free financing (Care Credit) where you will not have any out of pocket fees at the time of treatment. Many patients elect to pay in full the day of service to take advantage of a discounted fee.

CareCredit® - Financing Dental Care

As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer the CareCredit card, North America's leading patient payment program. CareCredit lets you begin your treatment immediately then pay for it over time with low monthly payments that are easy to fit into your monthly budget.

With CareCredit, you pay no up-front costs, no pre-payment penalties and no fees. Plus, CareCredit is a revolving credit line for additional treatment or add-on charges, without the need to re-apply. It only takes a few minutes to apply for CareCredit and you'll receive an online decision in seconds! Ask our staff for details.

Protecting Your Health

Our practice exceeds the highest standards of infection control advocated by the American Dental Association, the CDC, and OSHA. We utilize the latest barrier techniques and autoclave sterilization to eliminate any risk of cross-contamination. The performance of our sterilizer is continually monitored to insure proper function. In addition to barrier techniques, we practice the highest level of surface disinfection. We exclude all tap water from our treatment units, and maintain our clean waterlines with the ICX disinfection and biofilm eliminating system. Our priority is to provide state-of-the-art endodontic care while maintaining a strict operating protocol.
